What is an AI Compare?
AI Compare analyzes matched check-in and checkout frames, ranks rooms and frame pairs by visual change, and helps surface possible moved, missing, new, or damaged items. Each completed analysis counts toward the plan’s monthly AI Compare allowance.
Can I document a rental inspection without internet access?
Yes. You can capture and save inspection frames without Wi-Fi or cellular service. PropCheckAI queues the saved frames and uploads them after your connection returns. AI Compare and cloud-based reporting require an internet connection.
Can renters and landlords share reports?
Yes. Reports include photos, timestamps, and notes for clear before-and-after documentation that can be shared with renters, landlords, property owners, or insurance when appropriate.
Is my data private, and is Community participation optional?
Community participation is always optional and controlled through the app’s Settings. Only users who choose to participate contribute selected training data to help improve AI Compare. Exported PDF reports are not used as AI training data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
